As we got older we continued to eat like that into our twenties and thirties. However, we just don’t bounce back like we used to and we start to feel a little different physically. We start to feel sluggish and fatigued.

By the time we have reached our forties and fifties, if we’re lucky. We start noticing that we can’t do the same things physically that we used to do. That doesn’t seem to strange though that comes with age. However when you are having trouble breathing and feeling dizzy, then you know something’s wrong.

Remember how you worry so much over everything or maybe you don’t worry over everything or maybe you just have a few things that really bother you.
