Melano Tx cream which is manufacture by La Pristine Bioceuticals Pvt Ltd composed of the below ingredient which are further explain in details below.

Arbutin

Arbutin works by slowly releasing hydroquinone through hydrolysis, which in turn blocks Tyrosinase activity and reduces the skin’s melanin (pigmentation) production. In cosmetics, this ingredient appears in two different forms: Alpha-Arbutin or Beta-Arbutin. Due to patenting concerns, most skin care products contain plant extracts that contain Arbutin (e.g. bearberry, pear, blueberry), rather than pure Arbutin. Used in a variety of cosmetics, particularly ones aimed at lightening the skin such as lotions, crèmes, serums, cleansers, and spot treatments.

Vitamin E

Vitamin E is an important ingredient in many cosmetic products. It protects the skin from various deleterious effects due to solar radiation by acting as a free-radical scavenger. Experimental studies suggest that vitamin E has antitumorigenic and photoprotective properties. There is a paucity of controlled clinical studies providing a rationale for well-defined dosages and clinical indications of vitamin E usage in dermatological practice. The aim of this article is to review the cosmetic as well as clinical implications of vitamin E in dermatology.

Kojic Acid

Kojic acid can be found in a number of different types of cosmetic products, including powders, serums, creams, cleansers, and soaps. Powders should be mixed with water or lotion, depending on the product instructions. Some products, like soaps and cleansers, are meant to be washed off immediately. Others, like creams and serums, are designed to be left on and absorbed into the skin. (However, kojic acid overall has relatively poor absorption rates below the surface of the skin.)

Mulberry Extract

Mulberries contain anthocyanins, potent antioxidants that protect the body from free radicals. Because mulberry fruit is chock full of antioxidants, it's been touted as a fruit for anti-aging, which is why some use it in an attempt to achieve youthful, wrinkle-free skin. Mulberries also contain properties that may promote melanin synthesis, which may result in a clear, rejuvenated complexion.

Tranexamic Acid

In recent times, tranexamic acid (TA) is claimed to have whitening effects especially for ultraviolet-induced hyperpigmentation including melasma. The aim of our study was to evaluate the efficacy and safety of topical solution of TA and compare it with combined solution of hydroquinone and dexamethasone as the gold standard treatment of melasma in Iranian women.

Magnesium Ascorbyl Phosphate

Ascorbic Acid is an essential nutrient required for collagen production, tissue repair, and for the synthesis of neurotransmitters. It also acts as an antioxidant, plays a role in resistance to infections, and is used for the treatment and prevention of scurvy. The U.S. Recommended Daily Allowance (RDA) for Ascorbic Acid is 75 mg/kg/day for women and 90 mg/kg/day for men. Citrus fruits (orange, lemon, grapefruit, lime), tomatoes and potatoes are rich dietary sources of Ascorbic Acid.
